Possible uses and use restrictions...
To provide grants for the maintenance and operation of tribally controlled postsecondary vocational institutions in order to support vocational and technical education programs. This program is subject to non-supplanting requirements and must use a restricted indirect cost rate which is referenced under CFD 76.563.
